RSS offers flexible consulting options for your project needs with hourly, weekly, or monthly rates. RSS consulting can provide detailed reports or support for your project proposals.

RSS will accommodate federal, state, or private reporting criteria to meet your project specifications and scientific framework. After initial consultation, RSS will draw up an operational plan to secure the necessary seed for your project objectives.

With experience negotiating and securing land access agreements, RSS is also able to expand the operational regions of survey and collection to fit your seed sourcing goals.

RSS offers flexible daily and weekly rates to survey forest canopies for seed production followed by a detailed report on whether there is a collectible crop for the current year or the years to follow. Reports assess the estimated quantity of seed bushels to be collected, stand production rates, provenance, and initial feedback on sampled cones.

Followup monitoring visits to where collectible crop has been identified will include sampling of cones to assess seed fill, ripeness, and signs of pests or disturbance.

RSS coordinates with collection subcontractors and manages all communications and directions for the collection.

Prior to collection, RSS will stage collection materials and flag/GPS mark the majority of collectible trees.

Additional coordination services available include labor support, storage, and transport of collected bushels.

RSS will support your seed needs by identifying and securing seed from the available marketplace.
